Our flexible aluminium pipes ensure the same high quality as the
foreign products with the advantage of a smaller price.
They are made on a high technology installation with an original conception and they satisfy the most quality demands in mounting,
resistance and durability.
The quality of the material and the making technology offer to our pipes some advantages: reduced specific weight, strength
in compression, good thermal conductibility, ease to be processed into many shapes and sizes.
These qualities make them most reccomended for exhaust lines:
- ventilation, clima installations;
- micro thermal units;
- drying wood industrial installations;
- sawdust and dust inhaleing installations;
- non-aggressive fluids flow (gases, gas suspensions);
- roof rainy water collectors etc.
The pipes are made from aluminium high purity sheet (99.5% Al), 0,3 mm thick, in a wide range of diameters (105-405 mm) and
a variety of lenghts suitable to your requirements.

The flexible stainless steel pipe (TGI) is made from AISI - 316
stainless steel sheet with 0,1 mm thickness, in accordance to the product technical specification STP 02:2003 of S.C. LERA S.R.L.;
there are not national or professional standards in this area.
It has a higher corrosion resistance than the aluminium pipe.
Stainless steel pipes are used for:
- flow lines for fluids and gases (gases, liquids, gas suspensions);
- ventilation supply and exhaust, air conditioning, kitchen hoods, dryers;
- gases exhausts for thermal units;
- water collectors;
- food, plastics, medical and pharmaceutical installation industry.
The pipes are made in a wide range of inner diameter 80...300 mm
and lenghts 1...18 m, suitable to your requirements.
They are very resistent to atmosphere action and aggressive agents, because stainless steel have a strength resistance to
halogenous acids, alkali hydroxides, silicates, copper sulphate etc.
They can be easily curved when mounting without lose of their tightening.
The products have a 12 months guaranty, with respecting the conditions for handling, storage, transport and use.
The product is made with an original conception machinery, where forming and rolling operations are made in a single passage
of the stainless steel sheet.
The products are marked for identification at both ends, they are packed to ensure the integrity in storage and transport
handling and they are delivered with use instructions.

| Recommandations
for storage and use of flexible stainless steel pipes: |
1. Transport and handle the pipes carefully, avoid hitting, crushing,
pressing.
2. Untill the use at mounting the pipes must be kept in their packing, horizontaly layed on a flat surface; do not curve or put
other parts above. Store the transport packings on maximum 4 rows, avoid upper packages to press directly on the pipes below.
3. The inner diameter of the pipe must be selected up to 5 mm more than the exterior diameter of the connection.
4. Fix using at least 40 mm in width pipe clamp. Do not use wire!
5. If the pipes must be bended to more than 90 degrees, use a bending rod with the diameter at least twice the pipe's inner diameter. |
